Abdullah Akbulut renewed his confidence in the AK Party in Hisarcık.

In the Hisarcık district of Kütahya, the current President Abdullah Akbulut was elected as the president at the 8th Ordinary General Assembly of the AK Party District Organization.

The congress held at the Municipality Wedding Hall was attended by AK Party Provincial Chairman Mustafa Önsay, AK Party Kütahya Members of Parliament Adil Biçer, Mehmet Demir, İsmail Çağlar Bayırcı, MKYK Member Emir Yasin Kekeç, and General Center Organization Coordinator Necip Filiz, NGO representatives, former municipal and district organization presidents, village heads, and party members.

After the selection of the board, a moment of silence, and the reading of the National Anthem, the congress commenced with the opening speech of AK Party Hisarcık District President Abdullah Akbulut, who stated: “Since the day we took office, we have continued our work with our organization and all our levels, knowing the responsibility of this job. Starting tomorrow, we will continue our work with the same excitement and determination, ensuring that we will not leave any door unknocked, street unentered, or hand unshaken, and we will be in close contact with our citizens. Since its establishment, our AK Party has made significant contributions in every field in Turkey, from education to health, from cultural arts to democracy and human rights, from national defense to energy, bringing our country to a new era. Our region, district, and villages have largely benefited from these services. I thank our previous district chairpersons and mayors who contributed to these services. There is a fire that traitors want to ignite within our country, and a fire already ignited by enemies outside. The whole world wants us to burn in this fire. Like ants, we will walk alongside our state and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and carry even a spoonful of water to this fire. There is no stopping, we will continue on our way.”

In his speech at the congress, AK Party Provincial Chairman Mustafa Önsay stated that they held the central and district congresses with enthusiasm and unity, saying, “We will continue to work with all our strength for our homeland with our renewed and strengthened AK cadres through the congresses. I hope our congresses will be a harbinger of good for Kütahya and our organizations.”

In the elections held after the speeches, the sole candidate Abdullah Akbulut was elected as president, while Hüseyin Varol, Mehmet Burak Uçar, Himmet Eren, Yunus Akbulut, Bekir Helvacı, Sadık Uçar, Ayhan Özyurt, İbrahim Altun, Mehmet Berber, Hatice Altınkaynak, İsmail Akpınar, Betül Erköylü, Yaşar Körük, and Halil Gök were elected as members of the Board of Directors.
