The first two phases of the TOKİ housing projects in Eskişehir will start to be delivered on Monday, September 9, announced the AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak, stating that "The third and fourth phases will also be delivered to the rightful owners before the end of the year."
