The festival, organized by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Çankaya Municipality, and the Culture, Art, and Migration Events Center Association, is held for the 16th time this year; Eskişehir's 'Sui Generis Theatre' will present its new season play titled 'When Women Speak'.
