In Eskişehir, a professor had 2,500 students taste sucuk from Sivas, Kayseri, and Afyonkarahisar to determine the most delicious one, with Sivas sucuk coming in first place with 80% approval. The professor from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences conducted this study.
