ISTANBUL (IHA) Before the 3rd International Folk Dance Festival, which will be attended by 17 folk dance groups from 9 countries in Kartal, plaques were presented to the participating groups. Kartal Municipality is hosting the 3rd International Folk Dance Festival with 17 folk dance groups from 9 countries.
