The Kurtuluş Mahallesi Mürüvvet Başdeğirmen Family Health Center, built by Isparta Mayor Şükrü Başdeğirmen and his family, has been opened for the common use of six neighborhoods in Isparta. It was inaugurated following the unfortunate incident that occurred on May 13, 2023, in Isparta.
