Collaboration between Doğuş University and Özdisan Electronics

Doğuş University has established a new laboratory named ‘Journey to the Future – Özdisan & DoU Maker Laboratory’ in collaboration with the industry. The laboratory, where trainings in electronics and IoT will be conducted, aims to enhance students’ research and development skills.

Collaboration between Doğuş University and Dudullu OSB

Located within Dudullu OSB, Doğuş University collaborates with Dudullu OSB Management to be among the universities that have intensive cooperation with the industry. Through this collaboration, it plans to establish joint university-industry laboratories with other companies in the future.

Opportunities Provided to Students and Statements by the Rector

Prof. Dr. Turgut Özkan, the Rector of Doğuş University, emphasized the importance of being located in an industrial zone and provided information about the internship opportunities and laboratory facilities available to students. He also stated that the laboratory helps students better prepare for their professional lives.

Mustafa Yurttaş, the Manager of Özdisan Electronics Inc., and Davut Yurttaş, the Chairman of DMY International Investment Board, highlighted the importance of collaboration, stating that the opportunities provided by the laboratory to students will have positive impacts on their future careers.

  • Second-year student İpek Kaplan emphasized that engineering education should not only be focused on courses but also on practical aspects, stating that such collaborations greatly benefit engineering students.
