Außerordentlicher Wahlkongress bei Kocaelispor gestartet

Trendyol 1. Lig Team Kocaelispor’s extraordinary election general assembly, in which a single candidate is expected, has begun.

After the resignation of President Engin Koyun in the 2023-2024 season of Trendyol 1. Lig, Recep Durul, who took over as the President of Kocaelispor and brought the club to an extraordinary congress, is the only candidate in the general assembly. The general assembly delegates, after signing the attendance lists, started entering the martyred Police Recep Topaloğlu Sports Hall. Following the reading of the agenda, the congress of Kocaelispor where the board of directors’ administrative, financial, and sports activity reports, inspection, discipline, and registry reports will be read and approved, the presidium will be formed.

Estimated budget for the new term is 295 million TL

After the reading and discussion of the board reports, the estimated budget for the 2024-2025 season of the board of directors will be read and voted on. The estimated budget for the upcoming season at Kocaelispor was announced as 10% more than the 295 million TL announced for the previous season. Following the submission of candidate management, inspection, discipline, and registry board lists to the presidium, the election will take place.

Recep Durul: ‘The crest will never change’
