Folkart is Among the Best Employers in Turkey

Great Place To Work Certificate holder employers were announced in Turkey’s Best Employers List. Folkart was among Turkey’s Best Employers in the category of 250-499 Employees. Folkart, which had previously been listed in the Best Employers of the Aegean List twice in a row, crowned the title of Great Workplace with its latest success.

Employee Experience at the Forefront

Great Place To Work, recognized as a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, announced Turkey’s Best Employers List for 2024. This year, Great Place To Work, which monitors the pulse of over 20,000 organizations globally, analyzed more than 600 companies from information technology, manufacturing, finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors for the Turkey report. The list of Best Employers of the Year was created based on the responses of 160,000 employees who participated in the Trust Index survey that measures workplace culture and employee experience in these 600 companies. Companies that performed best in the ‘ForAll’ criteria, which refers to a common positive experience for all employees, excelled in the list.

Success and Award Ceremony

The award ceremony held at The Grand Tarabya Hotel was attended by Saya Group Human Resources Director Kezban Sancak Elay and Folkart Human Resources Manager Adile Kutludağ along with company employees. This year, Turkey’s Best Employers List was announced in six categories based on the number of employees in companies. Folkart was listed in Turkey’s Best Employers List in the category of 250-499 Employees. Folkart, which had previously been listed in the Best Employers of the Aegean List twice in a row, further elevated the title of Great Workplace.
