Support for local producers from Bayraklı Municipality

As part of its activities to support local development and production, Bayraklı Municipality is opening a beekeeping course. The training, which will be carried out in cooperation with the Public Education Center and Bayraklı District Agriculture Directorate, will start on July 9 at the Doğançay Community Center. Bayraklı Mayor İrfan Önal said, ‘We will continue to support projects that contribute to the country’s economy and local producers.’

The course will take place two days a week for 6 hours
The beekeeping and honey production course, organized in cooperation with Bayraklı Municipality Social Aid Affairs Directorate, Bayraklı Public Education Center, and Bayraklı District Agriculture Directorate, will start on July 9 at the Doğançay Community Center in Doğançay Neighborhood. Participants in the training will gain knowledge and experience on beekeeping starting from the basics, honey production, bee health, and colony management. The training, which will be provided by expert trainers, will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:00 to 21:00, allowing participants to improve themselves by acquiring both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Bayraklı Mayor İrfan Önal said, ‘As Bayraklı Municipality, we will always stand by our producers, supporting projects that contribute to their development. Beekeeping and honey production are one of the sectors that make significant contributions to our country’s agriculture and food industry. It has an important place in our Doğançay Neighborhood, and our residents had demands in this regard. Our aim is to increase the knowledge and skills of our district residents while also providing them with economic gains. We invite everyone interested to join our course.’
