Erzurumspor, one of the teams from Trendyol 1st League, has launched a campaign named ‘Rising from Our Ashes’ to find financial support. President of Erzurumspor FK, Ahmet Dal, shared with the public a campaign named ‘Rising from Our Ashes’ which was introduced at the Ibrahim Erkal Dadaş Culture and Art Center. The campaign consists of three stages. President Ahmet Dal listed the goals of the campaign as follows: ‘Let the process progress faster, open the board as soon as possible, make reinforcements, and start the season in the earliest possible way. Here, we not only need funds for the board, but also for the match fees and bonuses of our players from last season, advance payments for this season, and we also need to pay the players we have transferred. That’s why we consider this campaign very important.’ The ‘Rising from Our Ashes’ campaign of Erzurumspor was attended by Governor Mustafa Çiftçi who emphasized that despite all the difficulties and economic challenges, Erzurumspor has achieved significant successes and stated, ‘We will mobilize all efforts and opportunities to support this distinguished team. We will not leave our team alone.’
Mehmet Sekmen: ‘The board will be opened.’ Mayor of Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality, Mehmet Sekmen, mentioned how difficult it is for Anatolian teams like Erzurumspor to maintain their position in the Super League. He assured that they will open the transfer board and emphasized the importance of financially strong teams for being successful in the Super League. Mayor Sekmen expressed his determination to continue supporting Erzurumspor in every way possible. He highlighted the struggles and achievements of the team in the past years. He also mentioned the financial challenges that the club is facing and the efforts being made to overcome them.

He explained the three stages of the campaign, including a launch event, a two-month support period, and a final event in Istanbul where supporters will be honored. The campaign includes various initiatives to gather donations, provide transparent reporting on the contributions received, and a gala night with public figures. President Dal also mentioned plans to erect a monument for Erzurumspor in Havuzbaşı, thanking the loyal fans and hoping for the success of the campaign.
