The relevant teams of Kuşadası Municipality, working tirelessly to host holidaymakers who enjoy the beauties of the city, put smiles on people’s faces through their uninterrupted work.

After taking over the responsibility for 10 years, Kuşadası Municipality made umbrellas and sunbeds free of charge at the beaches and welcomed its visitors with maintenance, repair, and cleaning works that made the beaches shine. Holidaymakers who benefited from the free umbrellas and sunbeds at Kuşadası beaches during the 9-day holiday period thanked Mayor Ömer Günel.

The stylish and aesthetic tourist facilities operated by Arya Inc., owned by Kuşadası Municipality, attracted great attention during the holiday period as well as throughout the year. The Cleaning Affairs Department of Kuşadası Municipality was among the teams that worked the most intensively during the Eid al-Adha holiday. Working in 3 shifts continuously to collect tons of waste left by local and foreign tourists throughout the city during the 9-day holiday period, the teams collected an average of 370 tons of domestic waste every day. A total of 3,330 tons of waste was collected and delivered to the landfill site during the 9 days.

The additional cleaning works that started before the holiday period and the uninterrupted cleaning service provided throughout the holiday by Kuşadası Municipality were well received. The Emergency Response Unit established by Kuşadası Municipality to address urgent issues that could be resolved quickly worked around the clock, providing an immediate response to incoming requests.
