According to the Times Higher Education (THE) 2024 Impact Rankings, which evaluates the 17 Sustainable Development Goals determined by the United Nations (UN) in 2015 through activities related to social, environmental, and societal development, ESTU managed to be among the top thousand universities in 12 fields globally. In this context, among all universities evaluated for ‘Goal 12: Responsible Production and Consumption,’ ESTU ranked in the range of 301-400, for ‘Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure’ and ‘Goal 14: Life Below Water’ it ranked in the range of 401-600, for ‘Goal 2: Zero Hunger,’ ‘Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy,’ ‘Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth,’ ‘Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities,’ ‘Goal 13: Climate Action,’ and ‘Goal 15: Life on Land’ it ranked in the range of 601-800, for ‘Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation,’ ‘Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities,’ and ‘Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions’ it ranked in the range of 801-1000, demonstrating its success in Sustainable Development Goals.
