Since 2015, Türk Telekom’s program START, which offers internship and job opportunities for young people, will host dozens of young people for 4 weeks this summer. With over ten thousand applications this year, the START program, which attracts intense interest from young people, offers young people the opportunity to take their first steps in their careers with long-term internship and employment opportunities under the leadership of Türk Telekom.

Türk Telekom continues to support young people with learning and development programs by providing career opportunities. The company aims to create a stronger awareness in young people’s professional career journeys and offers young people experience and development opportunities through the START young talent program. Türk Telekom’s START program, which is aimed at 3rd-year undergraduate students, recent graduates, and young people under the age of 25, completed the registration process this year with slogan ”START to the Future with Your Talents” by receiving over ten thousand applications. Young people who successfully complete the evaluation processes and are accepted into the START program will start their four-week learning and development journey with ”My START Internship” in the summer and gain experiences to shine their careers. The START program offers young people the opportunity to gain experience in innovative business areas such as Information Technologies, Network and Access, Data Analytics and Big Data, Product and Segment, Digital Channels, Customer Experience, Finance, and Human Resources, which are at the center of R&D and innovation activities. Young talents who graduate from the short-term internship within the program and qualify to participate in the long-term internship program have the opportunity to be employed in the company after the long-term internship. Young people who have taken their first steps in their professional careers more strongly with the company through the START program, which has been regularly held every year since 2015, continue their professional career journeys in various and innovative business areas that match their talents and career goals.

While offering early career opportunities to young talents, we also provide them with the opportunity to get to know the Türk Telekom ecosystem, which is a ‘living university’, more closely. Our young friends who participate in START at Türk Telekom gain access to privileged opportunities such as long-term internships, Innovation Project Competition, after the short-term internship. We create employment for young talents who successfully complete the long-term internship process and graduate within the framework of the START My Internship program. With our career programs, we aim to add over 100 young talents to our structure by 2024. With our highly popular START Program this year, we aim to offer development, experience, and job opportunities to many young talents.
