President Kaya’s loyal opening

The Emekli Öğretmen Kemal Uysal Education Workshop, established within the scope of educational investments by the İncirliova Municipality, was inaugurated with a large ceremony in the district. Emotional moments were experienced during the speech of Özlem Uysal Tuncer, the daughter of Kemal Uysal, at the ceremony. The opening of the workshop located in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi was attended by İncirliova District Governor Canan Hançer Baştürk, political party officials, institution directors, village headmen, NGO presidents, the family of the late teacher Kemal Uysal, and many other guests. Mayor Kaya personally interacted with the guests, provided information about the education workshop, and after the protocol speeches, the workshop was inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Mayor Kaya, speaking at the opening ceremony which attracted great interest, mentioned the contributions of Teacher Kemal, stating that he was highly respected and valued by the people of İncirliova, having educated many children and raised good individuals in the district. Mayor Kaya also highlighted the non-partisan approach of Kemal Uysal and his dedication to serving İncirliova. In her emotional speech at the ceremony, Özlem Uysal Tuncer expressed her gratitude to Mayor Kaya for naming the workshop after her father, Kemal Uysal, and emphasized the honor it brought to their family. Another speaker at the event, the Headman of Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Murat Arslan, thanked Mayor Kaya for the services provided to his neighborhood.
