Yılmaz met with the citizens in the Karşıyaka region

Mayor Lawyer Umut Yılmaz of Şehitkamil Municipality continues his visits to meet with the citizens in order to identify the problems of the people on site and come up with solutions. Mayor Yılmaz stated, ‘We are working in solidarity to create an accessible and livable Şehitkamil. With the support and participation of each citizen, we are building a stronger, more peaceful, and happier Şehitkamil.’

During his visits to Hacıbaba and Eydibaba Neighborhoods in the Karşıyaka region, Mayor Umut Yılmaz met with the shopkeepers, greeted and chatted with the citizens he encountered on the streets, and listened to their problems and requests.

Mayor Yılmaz, directly learning the needs and expectations of the shopkeepers and citizens, stated that the visits strengthen the relationship between the local government and the people, and contribute to finding faster and more effective solutions to problems. Yılmaz drew attention with his sincere communication with the citizens and solution-oriented approach.

During the visits, Mayor Lawyer Umut Yılmaz stated, ‘We are making efforts to provide services hand in hand with our citizens. We listen to the voice of every individual, closely identify their needs, and come up with solutions to the problems of our neighborhoods one by one. Our goal is to provide better living conditions in every corner of Şehitkamil and improve the quality of life of our citizens. In this regard, we conduct neighborhood visits, make on-site observations, and implement our solution proposals. We are working in solidarity to create an accessible and livable Şehitkamil. With the support and participation of each citizen, we are building a stronger, more peaceful, and happier Şehitkamil.’

Mayor Yılmaz’s efforts to directly respond to the demands of the people and his steps towards solving Şehitkamil’s problems with on-site assessments in neighborhoods were well received by the public.
