Training sessions supporting women leadership in the business world continue at AYTO

The first stage of the ‘New Generation Women Leadership in a Changing World’ Training Program, organized for the board members by the Women Entrepreneurs Council of the Aydın Chamber of Commerce (AYTO), has been successfully completed.

With the great support and awareness of the Aydın Chamber of Commerce, the leadership training program, which aims to promote and support women entrepreneurship and women leadership in the business world, and which has successfully implemented many initiatives and projects, will last for 12 months. The training, held in the AYTO Academy Training Room, included interactive activities based on transformational leadership and positive psychology conducted by Transformational Leadership Coach, ICF ACTP and EMCC Practitioner and Mentor Hilal Çatak.

Speaking at the opening of the training, AYTO Board Member Belgin Çekmen Altay expressed her gratitude to TOBB Board Member and Chamber President Hakan Ülken and the AYTO board for their support for projects related to women entrepreneurs and women employers. She emphasized the value of women in society and the business world, stating that our positions as employers and employees are very important, and the struggles we face with our social responsibilities while reaching these positions are very valuable. Therefore, it is necessary to support and make visible women entrepreneurship and leadership in the business world. She stated, ‘Today, we have completed the first training of the 12-month leadership training program. I believe that during the training process, we will carry out initiatives that will support and facilitate the processes and personal development of our board members in their business lives.’

TOBB Board Member and AYTO President Hakan Ülken, who made statements about the activities of the AYTO Women Entrepreneurs Council, emphasized the importance of the efforts to increase the number of women entrepreneurs and women employers in the business world as the AYTO Board. He stated that the participation of women in the business world is crucial and contributes significantly to society and the country’s economy. He expressed his pride in facilitating such a productive training program and thanked all the Women Entrepreneurs Council Members for their efforts in organizing this training program.
