Emphasizing that KOCAFEST has proven itself and will attract the interest of all young people and make a more prominent name for itself, Mayor of Kocasinan, Ahmet Çolakbayrakdar, stated, ‘The digital seeds we have planted today will grow and make a significant contribution to this city and country in the future.’
