Not a factory of athletes, but a factory of champions

Sporcu Fabrikası (Athlete Factory) established by Talas Mayor Mustafa Yalçın has put an embargo on all championships in youth football categories.

Young talents playing under the Talasgücü Belediyespor jersey, after winning championships in U-14, U-15, U-16, and U-18, also secured the right to represent Kayseri in the U-17 group.

The champion teams were awarded their trophies by Governor Çiçek and other protocol members as part of the celebrations of May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.

Governor Gökmen Çiçek, who presented the trophies to the championship teams at the ceremony held at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan National Garden, congratulated both the young athletes and Talas Mayor Mustafa Yalçın for their success, along with CHP Kayseri MP Aşkın Genç, Metropolitan Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, and Garrison Commander Air Brigadier Haldun Taşan.

Talas Mayor Mustafa Yalçın expressed his pride in the young talents, stating, “Five years ago, we established a structure under the name Athlete Factory and provided opportunities for our youth to engage in sports in 6 branches. Successes have started to follow one another. Our A Team competed in the 3rd League for the first time in its history and successfully completed the season. In addition, our teams won championships in the U-14, U-15, U-16, U-17, and U-18 age categories organized in Kayseri. The U-14 team reached the Turkish Championship, achieving a great success. Our other teams represented Kayseri successfully in the groups they went to. I kiss their eyes and hearts, and wish for their continued success.”
