Young people from Antalya celebrated May 19 with Burak Yeter

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality brought the world-famous DJ Burak Yeter together with the people of Antalya at Konyaaltı Beach Park as part of the May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day activities. The excitement of the 105th anniversary of the first step of the National Struggle and Liberation, May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, is being celebrated with enthusiasm throughout Antalya. The DJ Burak Yeter concert held at Konyaaltı Beach Park as part of the events provided unique moments. Thanks to the 360-degree rotation of the stage, DJ Yeter performed his stage show in front of thousands of Antalya residents filling the Beach Park. The concert, visible from all corners of the Beach Park, provided unforgettable moments for the people of Antalya. Antalya’s young people had fun with the lights, flames, and music of DJ Yeter.
President Böcek’s holiday message President Muhittin Böcek congratulated the thousands of citizens filling Beach Park on May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day. In his speech, Böcek included the following words: ‘Happy May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, the day of establishment and liberation. In this 105th year when the torch of our independence and freedom was lit, I remember with mercy, gratitude, and longing our national hero Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his brave comrades-in-arms, all our veterans, and martyrs, and I bow in respect before them. Dear young people, in his Address to Youth, our Father said, ‘O Rising Generation, you are the future. We founded the Republic, you will exalt and perpetuate it.’ Are we all sworn to walk believing in the revolutions of the Blue-Eyed Giant from the centennial of the Republic to today? Happy holiday everyone.’
‘One day in space’ project presentation DJ Yeter, who is preparing to perform a one-hour live performance by rising up to 55 thousand feet in the stratosphere with a capsule and helium balloon as part of his project called ‘One Day in Space,’ which he has been working on for two years, presented a 15-meter astronaut statue made for the promotion of this project at the concert. Erdinç Atilla, who is both Burak Yeter’s manager and cousin, presented the astronaut jacket made for President Böcek to President Böcek. President Böcek also presented flowers and a plaque to Burak Yeter, expressing his gratitude.
