Statement by Mall Official
Gaye Özgün, the Manager of Bulvar Shopping Mall, states that the purpose of the barrier application is to ensure pedestrian safety. Özgün expresses that this step was taken to prevent dangerous situations on the street where motorcycles pass quickly. It is emphasized that this decision, taken by UKOME, is for pedestrian safety.
Samsun Metropolitan Municipality has initiated an investigation regarding the issue.
