The appointments regarding the President, Vice President, and memberships of the Public Procurement Authority were published in the Official Gazette. As part of the appointment decision made by the Presidency, Hamdi Güleç was appointed as the President of the Public Procurement Authority.
The other appointments in the Public Procurement Authority are as follows:

The appointments were made in accordance with Article 53 of the Public Procurement Law numbered 4734 and Articles 2, 3, and 7 of Presidential Decree numbered 3.
