The Mayor of Eyüpsultan, Dr. Mithat Bülent Özmen, bid farewell to young individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and mental disorders who receive education at the Disability Friendly Life Center of Eyüpsultan Municipality through a ceremony.
During the event attended by Mayor Dr. Mithat Bülent Özmen, special young individuals receiving education at the Disability Friendly Life Center experienced the joy of being sent off to the military service. In the ceremony, Mayor Özmen cut a cake with a military camouflage motif together with the special young individuals and lit henna candles in their hands. In this meaningful event, Mayor of Eyüpsultan Özmen shared the pride and happiness of the young individuals.

- In his speech during the ceremony, Mayor Özmen said, “We bid farewell to our beautiful children, our special soldiers. We had a pleasant time with the military henna program. We are proud of our children,”
