Interest in Turkish Doctors in Europe

Producer Gülnahar noted that in recent years, people living in Europe have shown interest in Turkish doctors’ treatment systems and successes. Emphasizing that doctors reaching audiences worldwide through digital platforms by broadcasting their programs’ recordings have made significant contributions to health tourism and the country’s economy, Gülnahar said, “When I had the opportunity to travel to many countries around the world, both the media sector and the society of those countries especially in European countries expressed how much they appreciate Turkish doctors. However, I also observed that Europeans who do not use digital platforms expressed their desire to access Turkish doctors’ treatment systems and successes in their own languages and on their own TV channels.”

Work Done and Expectations

Recently, during my travels from the Netherlands to Italy, I saw the demand for Turkish doctors to broadcast on European screens and in the country’s own language. I am in the process of completing the necessary infrastructure work for this. These projects will make significant contributions to health tourism and the country’s economy,” she said.
