YTU Academicians Walked in Support of the Palestinian People
Academics from YTU gathered to walk in support of the Palestinian people. A meaningful event filled with messages of solidarity and support from Turkey was organized.

Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi (YTÜ) Rectorate and academicians organized a silent walk to condemn the ongoing attacks on Gaza by Israel for months and to show support to the Palestinian people.
Academicians from all faculties participated in the walk led by the Rector of YTÜ, Prof. Dr. Tamer Yılmaz, wearing their gowns. The walk started in front of the Rectorate building and continued on the ‘Path of Wisdom’.
Stand Against Crimes Against Humanity on the Path of Wisdom
Academicians who wanted to stand against the crimes against humanity in Gaza advanced confidently on the ‘Path of Wisdom’ at YTÜ, symbolizing the importance given to knowledge and science. During the walk, gowns were worn representing the academicians and university students who were martyred in Palestine.
