Bupa Turkey continues to support children and mothers in disaster areas through projects conducted in collaboration with Habitat Association in Hatay Samandağ. The aim of the ‘Support for Sustainable Living Project’ is to provide an educational and safe environment.

Project Details and Educational Activities

Within the project, health literacy and awareness training are provided to young people and women. Additionally, activities such as storytelling for children, dance workshops, board games, and film screenings are organized.

Visit and Support Process

Gökhan Gürcan, the Chairman of Bupa Turkey’s Board of Directors, and senior executives, together with Habitat Association officials, visited the Sutaşı Container City in Hatay Samandağ to inspect the progress of the projects on-site.

Following the February 6 earthquake, Bupa Turkey continues to provide ongoing in-kind and cash assistance and contribute to the region through social responsibility projects. The company was recognized with an award by the Bupa Group for earthquake assistance and was honored with the award for the best social responsibility project of the year.
