Cooperation between Dogus University and Ozdisan Electronics

Doğuş University, in order to provide education in the field of electronics and IoT, opened the ‘Journey to the Future-Özdisan & Doğuş University Maker Laboratory’ in collaboration with Özdisan Electronics company to enhance students’ research and development skills.

The opening of the laboratory took place with the participation of Doğuş University Rector Prof. Dr. Turgut Özkan, Istanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone (İDOSB) Chairman of the Board Murat Önay, Özdisan Electronics Inc. Manager Mustafa Yurttaş, and DMY International Investment Chairman Davut Yurttaş.

Importance of University-Industry Collaboration

Doğuş University Rector Prof. Dr. Turgut Özkan emphasized the importance of university-industry collaboration, stating that laboratories of this kind are crucial for better preparing students for the business life. He expressed that close relations with industry enable students to be more competent.
