Champion of Kütahya Municipality: Directorate of Business and Partnerships

The Cup Ceremony of the 2024 Inter-Departmental Futsal Tournament organized by the Kütahya Municipality was held at the Zafertepe Futsal Complex with the participation of Mayor Eyüp Kahveci.
This season, approximately 220 personnel participated in the tournament, which included 16 departments, and a total of 32 matches were played. In the final, the Department of Operations and Participation faced off against the Department of Financial Services. The championship was won by the Department of Operations and Participation, while the Department of Financial Services came in second, the Fire Department third, and the Department of Transportation Services fourth.
During the ceremony attended by Mayor Eyüp Kahveci, trophies and medals were awarded to the winning teams.
Special awards were also distributed to personnel for their outstanding performance and sportsmanship in the tournament. Selim Açıkbaş from the Department of Operations and Participation was named the most valuable player, while Mustafa İnci from the Department of Cleaning Services received the “Best Goal Award” for his goal. Talha Özdemir, who scored the most goals throughout the tournament, was crowned the “Top Scorer,” and the Fair Play award was given to Çağatay Acar from the Department of Operations and Participation.
Plaques of appreciation were presented to the staff of the Zafertepe Futsal Complex, the Information Technology Department for providing technical support, and the Kütahya Provincial Referee Committee for professional referee assistance for their contributions to the successful execution of the tournament.
In his speech at the ceremony, Mayor Eyüp Kahveci emphasized the importance of such events that strengthen bonds among personnel and promote solidarity in social areas, congratulating all teams that participated.
Mayor Kahveci stated that similar events will continue in the coming years and stressed that personnel will be socially supported.
