The 3rd International Tarsus Festival has ended.

The ‘3rd International Tarsus Festival’, which has made Tarsus the address of entertainment, art, culture, and flavor, concluded with an entertaining concert.

From the very beginning, the 3rd International Tarsus Festival, warmed by the lingering summer weather, captured the hearts of attendees with its vibrancy and atmosphere. The three-day event provided Tarsus residents with a musical feast through concerts held in the evenings. The concert excitement, starting with the performance of the youth’s favorite Madrigal on the first day, peaked on the second day with Candan Erçetin’s concert. On the last day, a wave of nostalgia swept through the ‘Symphonic 90s Turkish Pop’ concert by the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality City Orchestra. Citizens, who fully enjoyed the entertainment for three days, stated that the festival revitalized the city and provided them with morale through the events.

In the last concert of a wonderful festival, Bengi İspir Özdülger, Coordinator of the Culture and Social Affairs Department, addressing the Tarsus residents who filled the Yarenlik Area, said, “We lived through a magnificent 3 days thanks to you. It was a wonderful festival, a fantastic event, and I thank you, dear Tarsus residents, for being part of every moment. We believe and know we will make the 4th International Tarsus Festival even more beautiful next year, see you then.”

Tuğçe Berdilek, one of the soloists of the City Orchestra, stated, “It is great that such a festival is organized and has reached its 3rd year. This shows that it is receiving intense interest from everyone and is enjoyable. This year’s festival was also very delightful. We had concerts as part of the festival. It brings people together and fosters community. I am very happy on behalf of the orchestra.”
