The ‘Artificial Intelligence Stars’ project was launched nationwide in Turkey in collaboration with the Vodafone Foundation and Habitat Association. As part of this project, middle school and high school students will receive artificial intelligence training.
Project Introduction and Objectives
The project introduction meeting was held with the participation of Vodafone Turkey CEO Engin Aksoy, Turkey Vodafone Foundation President Hasan Süel, and Habitat Association Board Chairman Sezai Hazır. Within the scope of the project, middle school students aged between 11-14 and high school students aged between 14-18 in 81 provinces will receive artificial intelligence training. Students will be provided with various development opportunities through global content and activities.
Statements by Vodafone Turkey CEO Engin Aksoy
Aksoy emphasized the importance of digital skills in Turkey and stated that they aim to increase young people’s competence in the field of artificial intelligence. He also expressed their belief that artificial intelligence will bring positive transformations to society and that they will support Turkey in becoming a pioneer in this field.

Süel stated that they aim to ensure that young people are equipped technologically, and expressed their goal of encouraging young people through artificial intelligence training and contributing to the emergence of a productive generation. He mentioned that the ‘Artificial Intelligence Stars’ project is a continuation of the ‘Tomorrow’s Coders’ project and is a platform that will help young people realize their potentials.

Hazır emphasized that artificial intelligence is an important field for young people, and stated that they aim to educate young people in this field and provide equal opportunities. He mentioned that the ‘Artificial Intelligence Stars’ project aims to support young people’s interest in technology, encourage them, and motivate them to explore by supporting them.
