Strict inspection of businesses on Konyaaltı Beach.

The management of ALGE Beach Antalya Shopping and Living Center held a series of meetings to take necessary measures regarding complaints from citizens about noise pollution and encroachment issues at the world-famous Konyaaltı Beach. The management announced that, as a result of inspections of the businesses on the beach, they have decided to evict those that do not comply with the rules and disturb public peace.

The management of ALGE Beach Antalya Shopping and Living Center has taken action regarding the arbitrary behavior of some tenant businesses that do not adhere to rules, noise and environmental pollution, and disturbances caused by fireworks, laser shows, and live music. They announced that they would take concrete steps to solve the problem following the meetings and subsequent inspections and determinations.

It was reported that an eviction decision was made for businesses that acted contrary to the established rules during the inspections. The ALGE management, stating that they evaluate the complaints related to the issue and will take the necessary precautions, announced that they have decided to evict businesses that disrupt public order and do not comply with the rules, in order to work with businesses focused on customer satisfaction. In this context, it was noted that all businesses that do not correct themselves will be evicted through legal means.

The management expressed that they would continue inspections, taking into account citizens’ complaints, and would take all necessary steps to protect the beach areas.

Serdar Çetin, the General Manager of ALGE Beach Antalya Shopping and Living Center, stated that they are also disturbed by the issues arising from businesses that do not heed the warnings, emphasizing that “no one should doubt that we will do what is best for our Antalya.”
