With this step, authorized technical personnel will be able to easily complete new connection requests through a digital platform without needing to go to the business.

TREDAŞ has stepped into the “digital era” in new connection processes with the goal of providing much faster service to its subscribers and making their lives easier. New connection application processes carried out by authorized technical staff can now be completed online via the digital platform, allowing the company to respond to these requests much more quickly and easily.

15 thousand connection consultations are conducted annually

With the Connection Application Portal, which TREDAŞ has been actively implementing for a while, the digital step taken in new connection processes will not only speed up transactions but also contribute to a sustainable future. Thus, the institution’s annual 15 thousand connection consultations will be transferred to a digital environment, and 100 thousand sheets of paper wasted in this process will be avoided. With the new system, all processes can be tracked in real-time, and SMS notifications regarding the processes will be provided.

Minimizing environmental impacts

In a statement regarding the issue, it was pointed out that thanks to the digital system, savings will be achieved in areas such as paper usage and mailing costs, while significant improvements will be made in document management and storage. It was stated: “The new system will speed up the flow of processes by quickly evaluating the documents uploaded by authorized technical personnel, supporting the quicker completion of tasks. In operations conducted in the digital environment, application documents will be more easily accessible, tracking documents will be easier, and there will be an increase in data security. With this system, advantages such as speeding up workflow, minimizing time loss, and thus using resources more efficiently will be achieved. Additionally, the significant reduction in paper consumption will help minimize environmental impacts.
