President Erdoğan paid a condolence visit to the Turkish Metal Union. The leader of Turkey offered his condolences to the union members and delivered a message of unity.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited the Turkish Metal Union to offer condolences for the late TÜRK-İŞ Vice President and Honorary President of the Turkish Metal Union, Pevrul Kavlak. This visit took place after his meeting with CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the AK Party Headquarters.
President Erdoğan was welcomed in front of the union by Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan, TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay, Confederation of Turkish Employer Associations Chairman Özgür Burak Akkol, and Turkish Metal Union President Uysal Altundağ. Present at the visit, which lasted about 40 minutes, were Işıkhan, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Secretary Hasan Doğan, Atalay, Akkol, and Altundağ.
President Erdoğan conveyed his condolences to the union officials for the late Kavlak and prayed for him.
