Solo Turk and Turkish Stars conducted a rehearsal today for the air show they will perform in Konya tomorrow. The Turkish Stars and Solo Turk, stationed at Konya 3rd Main Jet Base, will present a magnificent show in the sky at the Teşrif-i Mevlana Welcome Ceremony to be held on the occasion of the 796th anniversary of Hazreti Mevlana’s arrival in Konya.
Solo Turk completed the environmental reconnaissance and rehearsal flight today. The flights conducted throughout the city were closely followed by the citizens. Some citizens watched the flights from balconies and rooftops, while others gathered in Mevlana Square. After completing the rehearsal for tomorrow’s show, Solo Turk and Turkish Stars pilots landed.
Children and adults who watched the rehearsal flights of Solo Turk and Turkish Stars in Mevlana Square expressed that they followed the show with great excitement. The enchanting show received great admiration from the audience.
