Osmangazi Municipality, which stands out with its support for sports and athletes, continues to support amateur sports clubs in the district. In a breakfast meeting organized in cooperation with Osmangazi Municipality and Osmangazi Belediyespor Club, representatives of amateur sports clubs in the district came together before the new season.
In the meeting organized by Osmangazi Municipality and Osmangazi Belediyespor Club, the problems and requests of the clubs were listened to, and it was promised that support would be provided to the clubs within the available resources in the new season. The meeting, held at Sukaypark, was attended by Fatih Karayılan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Osmangazi Belediyespor Club, Zafer Akman, President of Osmangazi Sports Clubs Association, Ersel Nallar, Director of Youth and Sports Services of Osmangazi Municipality, and the presidents and managers of 50 sports clubs operating in the Osmangazi district. Representatives of the sports clubs participating in the meeting took the floor to express their wishes and requests.
“We will do our best to solve the problems”
Fatih Karayılan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Osmangazi Belediyespor Club, stated that they organized this meeting to listen to the requests and needs of the sports clubs, saying, “We organized this meeting to listen to the problems of our clubs. We will take notes by listening to the requests and needs of each club here, and we will do our best to solve the problems of each of our clubs within our capabilities.”
“Our president and our municipality always support us”
Zafer Akman, President of the Osmangazi Sports Clubs Association, also stated in his speech, “Osmangazi is the district with the most sports clubs in Bursa. We have 57 clubs only in the football branch. The match schedule will start at the end of this month. Our clubs are excited about this. Providing vehicles for away games can be considered our lifeline. We thank Osmangazi Mayor Erkan Aydın and Fatih Karayılan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Osmangazi Belediyespor Club, for providing us with these services.”
The club presidents who spoke at the meeting also thanked Osmangazi Municipality and Osmangazi Belediyespor Club for their support.
