MP Cıngı and Rector Altun met with students.

At the “Youth Meeting” event organized by the University Active Youth Club of Erciyes University (ERÜ), AK Party Kayseri Deputy Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı and Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun came together with students.

The event held in the Faculty of Theology Garden was attended by AK Party Kayseri Deputy Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı, ERÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, as well as Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kamil Cihan, students, and academics.

In his speech at the event, AK Party Kayseri Deputy Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı expressed his happiness to meet with young people. Sharing memories from his student life, Deputy Dr. Cıngı stated:

“We are in an era where communication has gained speed, measured in microseconds. Therefore, these transformations pose threats as well as opportunities for those who study, graduate, or are friends of your generation at the university. Opportunities arise in such a way; your access to information has become very easy. If you are curious, prioritize self-development and intend to create positive impacts in your environment, you can acquire this knowledge easily and reliably.”

Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun also emphasized that they always conduct student-focused activities as an administration and provided information about projects to be implemented for students. Saying, “Erciyes University is a peaceful university in a peaceful city,” Rector Prof. Dr. Altun stated, “Erciyes University is a university that signs effective projects in the world. We are also trying to support you young people to be part of these projects. No matter which profession or field you come from, do not feel like an outsider. Project works are not just conducted by engineers. Every profession has its own project dimensions. In these matters, we desire to see you in both project works and activities at the Technopark.”

After the speeches, Deputy Dr. Cıngı and Rector Prof. Dr. Altun chatted with students and answered their questions.
