Good start to the season for Bandırmaspor: The goal is to be a competitive and resilient team.

Bandırmaspor President Serdar Kuter stated that the victories achieved in the first 2 weeks of the Trendyol 1st League have increased the team’s motivation. Kuter emphasized that the changes made at Onur Göçmez Facilities will also contribute to the team’s success this season.

Bandırmaspor has started the Trendyol 1st League 2024-2025 season successfully, giving hope to its fans. Bandırmaspor President Serdar Kuter noted that they aim to display a resilient and competitive performance by giving each match a separate importance. On the other hand, Kuter expressed that the innovations at Onur Göçmez Facilities have positively reflected on the team and stated that the team will benefit from the advantages of working and staying together this season. Kuter also announced that they have made important decisions regarding the naming of the training fields and the construction of a new field.

Following the successful start in the first two weeks of the season, Bandırmaspor President Serdar Kuter stated that the team’s motivation has increased, saying, “Of course, we are still at the very beginning of the league. The league is very long, so we are taking it match by match. We give each match a separate importance. The victories obtained at the beginning are very important in terms of increasing the team’s unity and self-confidence. This naturally increases motivation. We aimed to be a resilient and competitive team, and we approach every match with this understanding.”

Continuing his speech, Kuter touched on the changes made at Bandırmaspor Onur Göçmez Facilities. Kuter said, “We are undergoing a serious change in our facilities, and we see that this change is reflected in our team. Our players no longer have to stay far away and commute for training. They are staying at Onur Göçmez Facilities and conducting their training here. We believe that this situation will greatly benefit us this season, as the works at our facility were completed in the second half of last year. This was very important for us in terms of team unity.”

Kuter also shared the arrangements made regarding the training fields at the facilities. Kuter stated, “As the Bandırmaspor management, we made a decision and named our training fields 1 and 2. We named our 1st training field after our Founding President Hasan Sur, and our 2nd training field after Uğur Kurt, who lost his life in the earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023, in İskenderun. The construction of our 3rd training field is also ongoing and will hopefully be completed as soon as possible. We plan to have a healthier and more sustainable period with three training fields.”
