Ergani ADSM provided services to 85 thousand patients in its first year

As of June 2023, the Ergani Oral and Dental Health Center, which was opened in the Ergani district of Diyarbakır, served 85 thousand patients in its first year with 12 dentists.
According to information provided by the Diyarbakır Provincial Health Directorate, the Ergani Oral and Dental Health Center examined an average of 450 people daily and provided outpatient services to 85 thousand patients in its first year.
It was reported in a statement that, in addition to serving the Ergani district, the center also provides services to citizens coming from the districts of Çermik, Çüngüş, Eğil, Dicle, and Hazro, as well as the districts of Maden and Kovancılar in Elazığ province, with the latest technology devices and treatment systems. “The Center, which started providing oral and dental health services a year ago, successfully completed its first year. Continuing its diagnostic and treatment services without interruption, the Center filled a significant gap in dental health and disease treatment in Ergani, the largest district of Diyarbakır, addressing an important health need in the region. During this process, 85 thousand people were examined; 25 thousand radiographs were taken, 18 thousand dental fillings were made, 7 thousand 500 root canal treatments were performed, 12 thousand dental cleanings were done, 6 thousand 500 fixed prostheses were applied, 1 thousand 900 removable prostheses were created, and 26 thousand 300 tooth extractions were carried out,” it was stated.
The statement added that the center offers a wide range of treatment options, from fillings to tooth extractions, from root canal treatments to prostheses, and continues to provide special and comfortable health services to patients with the latest technologies and medical devices.
