Two drivers working at the Karasu urban Minibus Stop quickly responded to recent incidents in their vehicles by assisting passengers in their health conditions. In cases of a child falling and a woman feeling unwell, the drivers ensured they reached the emergency service. This incident, which gained the satisfaction of passengers and the public, has created positive echoes in the city.
Gürcan Fırıncıoğlu: “That day, we were working on the hospital route. I noticed a child feeling unwell in our vehicle. Without hesitation, I turned the direction of the vehicle towards the emergency service and took the sick child to the hospital while there were passengers. We handed the patient over to the healthcare professionals and continued on our route. If such an incident were to happen again, I am sure that all drivers would show the same sensitivity.”
Seydi Dalkılıç: “On the day of the incident, our passenger had indicated that she would get off at the hospital intersection. A few stops before, the passenger said she was feeling unwell. As a human duty, I took the passenger who was about to faint to the hospital. I asked a lady passenger to help, they held the sick lady and we rushed her to the emergency room. In fact, another passenger volunteered to stay as a companion. We continued on our way.”
The President of the Karasu urban Minibus Stop, Koray Zenginer, also said, “I congratulate our drivers who took unwell passengers to the emergency service by showing sensitivity. We have once again proven that all our drivers work with the same sensitivity and care about human health.”
