In Yıldırım, 1,237 rights holders received their title deeds.

Yıldırım Municipality has completed the title deed work within the framework of the Demetevler Neighborhood 3rd Region Zoning Application and delivered the title deeds to 1,237 property owners.
After the neighborhoods of Değirmenönü Cumalıkızık, Karapınar, Yunusemre, Sinandede, Arabayatağı, Mevlana, and Mimarsinan, the zoning application carried out on an area of 37 hectares resulted in the delivery of official zoning parcel title deeds to 1,237 property owners. The title deed distribution ceremony held at the Demetevler Sports Facility was attended by Yıldırım Mayor Oktay Yılmaz, Yıldırım District Police Chief Sakip Yalta, AK Party Provincial Deputy Chairman Ufuk Ay, Demetevler Neighborhood Headman Ali Orhan, and property owner citizens.
Stating that 15,000 title deeds have been distributed since 2019, Yıldırım Mayor Oktay Yılmaz said, “Since 2019, we have distributed 15,000 title deeds as a result of the zoning application works carried out in the neighborhoods of Değirmenönü Cumalıkızık, Karapınar, Yunusemre, Sinandede, Arabayatağı, Mevlana, and Mimarsinan within the borders of Yıldırım Municipality. The zoning application in the area we call Demetevler Neighborhood 3rd Land Consolidation Area was canceled as a result of lawsuits opened in 2007, and since 2008, no permits have been granted in that area.”
Mayor Yılmaz stated that the Demetevler market area will now be a closed market area, saying, “We have completed the zoning application processes by registering the zoning application transactions in the title deed within the land consolidation boundary, which includes a total of 1,237 title deed owners in an area of 370,000 square meters covering a large part of Demetevler Neighborhood. After the zoning application processes carried out in the 370,000 square meter area, we obtained a building island of 162,000 square meters, a green area of 10,400 square meters, an educational facility area of 28,400 square meters, a health facility area of 3,200 square meters, and a sports facility area of 6,800 square meters. There were not only title deed and zoning works. We had promised to carry out stream improvement in the area. We made a protocol with Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and BUSKİ, and we are carrying out the stream improvement. It will be completed within this year.”
