The technology retail company Teknosa has relocated its store in the Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall, the largest meeting point in Ankara, to a larger area and renovated it with a digital and accessible concept.
As a pioneer of the experience-focused retail trend, Teknosa continues to renew its stores across 62 provinces in Turkey according to consumer expectations and needs, transforming them into a digital concept. In this context, the company has moved the largest and first Exxtra store in the capital located in Ankara Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall to a larger area and renovated it with a digital concept. The fully renovated store was opened with the participation of Teknosa CEO Sitare Sezgin, Executive Board Members, and business partners. The Teknosa Exxtra store at Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall has started to meet consumers with a more digital, comfortable, and simple experience understanding in its new location and new concept.

At the opening, Teknosa CEO Sitare Sezgin stated that they have been transforming their stores into a digital concept throughout Turkey since 2022, saying:
“We are making our stores more digital, accessible, and sustainable according to the changing and evolving needs of our consumers. This way, we offer our customers a more comfortable shopping experience. In our stores that we have transformed into a digital concept, we achieve higher sales revenue compared to similar stores, while also increasing our visitor attraction rate and basket size. Teknosa Retail Sales Deputy General Manager Enver Yelkenci emphasized that they focus on customer experience, stating:

In this framework, we redesigned our largest store in Ankara with a more digital and accessible concept, making every stage of shopping more comfortable and accessible. As part of making our processes more efficient with AI-supported digital tools, our AI-supported digital sales assistant Bilge, which we added to our team, will also support our customers along with our employees in the store.
