A protocol was signed between Kahta Municipality and the Land Registry Office.

Citizens in the Kahta district of Adıyaman will be able to access land value information from the land registry offices without going to the municipality.

Kahta Municipality has taken another significant step to facilitate citizens’ transactions and increase efficiency in public services. With the new protocol signed between Kahta Municipality and the Land Registry Office, citizens will now be able to access land value information through the system without the need to go to the municipality.

Kahta Mayor Mehmet Can Hallaç emphasized that this protocol is an important step towards speeding up citizens’ transactions and digitizing municipal services.

Mayor Hallaç stated, “As a municipality, we are making serious strides in institutionalization. We prioritize digitization to respond to our citizens’ requests more quickly and effectively. This protocol we signed with the Land Registry Office will allow our citizens to access land value information more easily, saving time. With this new application, citizens will be able to obtain the land value information they need for their land transactions directly from the Land Registry Office’s system without coming to the municipality. Thus, both citizens and municipal staff will save time and effort. Our municipality continues its digitization efforts without slowing down to modernize the services provided to citizens living in the city and to strengthen its institutional structure. The projects carried out within our municipality aim to make Kahta a more modern and livable district. We plan to increase the number of our digital projects to respond instantly to all kinds of requests and needs of citizens. I believe that such innovative steps will play an important role in the development of Kahta.
