For breeders who meet the conditions and are in emergency situations, and many of whom are in distress, the procedures related to the construction of barns and stables eligible for the grant have been initiated. Our breeders will find solutions to these problems as soon as possible with the appropriate project, protocol, and regulatory processes.”
