Boluspor’s head coach Ufuk Kahraman stated that they want to extend their winning streak to 4 in the away match against Bandırmaspor in the 1st League, saying, “All players are in good shape. Our goal is to return with a victory.”

Expressing satisfaction with his players, Ufuk Kahraman noted that the players quickly adapted to the 4-3-3 system.

All my players are very valuable, and I believe that if we can make them efficient within the system, success will come. We are concentrating on this issue with my team, and my players are responding very well to it. So far, we have secured 9 points with 3 victories and are in the playoffs. If we want to be permanent, this needs to continue. I have said before that the points we earn from away matches will bring us to a more solid position in the standings. That’s why we won the Umraniye match, and now we are focused on the Bandırma away match. Bandırma is a tough team; my coach Mustafa is a good coach. However, they also have weak and strong points, and we are preparing accordingly. The number of injured players has decreased significantly; I am resting some of them to recover from match fatigue, but generally, all players are in good shape. Our goal is to return with a victory,” he said.

Stating that they will not allow complacency with the 9 points gained consecutively, coach Kahraman said, “As Turkish people, we are emotional and act with our emotions. However, we are professionals, and there is little room for emotions. We need to make instant decisions. For this reason, I explain to my players the importance of continuity in every success. After each match, we are happy with our win, but we focus on the next match. We try to maintain our training tempo. I have a good group of players, and they listen to what I say very well. This increases our training efficiency, which positively reflects in matches. I think we have an advantage in this regard,” he expressed.

Stating that the players have started to enjoy the game being played, Kahraman said, “Football can be seen on paper as 4-3-3, 4-4-2, but when you assign the right tasks to your players, it can transform within the game. I took over a team strong in defense, but we have focused on developing the attacking options. My players have started to enjoy the game more as they take more responsibility in the attack. We are still at the beginning of this system, but we have a long way to go, and we are progressing on this path.”
