Balikesir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Akın attended the opening ceremony of the Village House meeting hall in Kılcılar Village, located in the Altıeylül district, upon the invitation of Village Head Harun Şahan. After the opening prayer, the ribbon was cut. Wishing for the meeting hall to be beneficial for the village residents, Akın announced that he would donate a television and a stove to the house. There was great interest in Mayor Akın, and the village residents expressed their gratitude for his continuous support throughout his political career.
No road will be left unbuilt
Village Head Harun Şahan thanked Mayor Akın for attending the opening. After the ribbon-cutting, Akın chatted with the village residents in the meeting hall, stating that they would not leave any door unknocked in rural areas and mentioned that the Close Solution Teams have started to visit villages. In his speech, Akın said, “Our Close Solution Teams are traveling from village to village, identifying your needs. We will solve all our problems one by one.” He also mentioned that work has begun regarding the requests from citizens for the replacement of the water tank and the regulation of the road leading to the water tank in Kılcılar Village. Akın emphasized that no road will be left unbuilt in Balikesir and after Kılcılar Village, he visited Konakpınar Village. Greeting citizens in the village coffee house, Akın listened to their requests and wishes.
