Flag change in Erzincan Yeşilay

Since the day he took office, Bilal Selçuk, the President of the Green Crescent Erzincan Branch, has signed successful projects in the fight against addiction alongside his colleagues on the board of directors, and he has handed over his position to Av. Sinan Aslan.

Bilal Selçuk, who has served as the president of the Green Crescent Erzincan Branch for 3 years, stated during the handover ceremony that he considers such farewells to be magnificent farewells. He said, “With the decision made by our headquarters’ board of directors in May, it was expressed that the term of office for branch presidents across Turkey would be 3 years. We, as the Erzincan branch and management, are bidding farewell happily and peacefully as of October 28, 2024, after starting our term on October 28, 2021. I pray that my successor will also have the opportunity to provide good services. We believe we have provided very good services in these 3 years. It is not easy to gather such a beautiful management. We have served many families. I hope the families we served have been happy.

Here, I especially want to thank our Governor Hamza Aydoğdu. Our Governor Hamza Aydoğdu, who works day and night, has contributed a lot to us. May Allah bless him. I also thank my dear wife, our mayor, our police chief, our president Mehmet Dinç, all my management who supported us, and YEDAM. As I said at the beginning, this farewell is a magnificent farewell. I am parting ways in a beautiful manner without breaking or hurting anyone. I am happy and at peace for having served in such a valuable organization. We tried to do something. Inshallah, after us, our President Sinan will provide even better services. If I have any rights, I forgive you, and I ask for your forgiveness as well,” he concluded his remarks.

Av. Sinan Aslan, who took over the presidency of the Green Crescent Erzincan Branch, expressed in his speech, “I would like to express my endless thanks to my President Bilal Selçuk for his contributions to the values of the Green Crescent and his dedicated efforts. As the Green Crescent, we are together to promote healthy living, fight against addiction, and benefit our community. Together, we aim to reach more people, raise awareness, and strengthen social consciousness.”

After the speeches, Bilal Selçuk, who is handing over the duty, presented plaques to the new president Av. Sinan Aslan and his own board members.
