A mother brown bear and her three cubs were spotted in a wooded area in the Kızılcahamam district of Ankara. Nature photographer Ömer Melih Demirbaş captured images of two different brown bear families in the forest of Kızılcahamam. While out on a nature walk with friends, Demirbaş sat down next to a rock to rest and began to hear sounds coming from the bushes on the hillside. Not understanding what was happening, he prepared his camera to record the animal that would appear before him.

First, a mother brown bear and one of her cubs ran up the slope and disappeared into the bushes. Then, another mother brown bear with three cubs was also spotted on the hillside. The mother bear and her three cubs quickly ran into the bushes.

Nature photographer Ömer Melih Demirbaş, who managed to capture two different bear families, made the following statement to İHA reporters:
“After taking a nature walk, I sat down next to a rock to rest. While admiring the beauty of nature, I started to hear sounds coming from the bushes right below me at first. I didn’t pay much attention, but the sounds from the bushes began to increase. I became a bit anxious because I didn’t know what would happen. Then the sounds got closer and closer. I prepared my camera, not knowing what would come out. Suddenly, a bear and a cub appeared from the bushes. I immediately started recording. The bear was looking around. Then suddenly it started running. Most likely, it noticed me and started running to protect its cub. After a little while, I began to hear bush sounds again. Then another bear family appeared, and they had three cubs. It was a wonderful feeling for me. It was a beautiful feeling to capture them running away to protect their young in their natural habitat.
