The Ministry of Interior has laid the foundation of the new service building for the Simav District Gendarmerie Command, which has been included in the investment program by the Gendarmerie General Command, in a ceremony held today.

The building, which has been contracted for 70 million TL by the Kütahya Provincial Special Administration, will be constructed with a usage area of 1,700 square meters.

Speaking at the foundation-laying ceremony, Kütahya Governor Musa Işın stated, “Today, we have come together in Simav for not just one, but two beautiful services. We are experiencing the happiness of laying the foundation for our new service building of the Simav District Gendarmerie Command. At the same time, we hope to complete the land allocations for the Organized Agricultural Zone, which has been under work for a long time, together.”

Governor Işın emphasized that infrastructure and superstructure services across the country have largely been completed, stating, “In Kütahya and throughout Turkey, critical infrastructure services such as hospitals, schools, and roads have been renewed.”

“We are constantly evaluating with our security forces”

Highlighting that they are continuously evaluating the security of Kütahya with gendarmerie and police organizations and meticulously tracking crime rates, Governor Işın said, “We assess where we stand in terms of crimes, where we are successful, and where we need to make progress through figures. If there is any delay or regression, we pay special attention to those areas.”

“Our goal is to protect the lives, property, and honor of the people of Kütahya.”

Governor Musa Işın mentioned a serious effort to capture individuals whose sentences have been finalized, stating, “In Kütahya, both our police and gendarmerie teams are putting in intense efforts to identify the residences of these individuals and deliver them to justice. Our goal is to protect the lives, property, and honor of the people of Kütahya.”

“The causes of traffic accidents are inattentiveness and driver errors”

Addressing the recent traffic accidents occurring in rural areas, Governor Işın noted that they have conducted a comprehensive study on this issue, stating, “We investigated the causes of traffic accidents. We have determined that reasons such as inattentiveness, driver errors, and the use of old vehicles lead to accidents. We are taking the necessary steps to address these issues.”

Governor Musa Işın concluded his remarks by wishing that the new service building of the Simav District Gendarmerie Command would be beneficial for the Simav District Gendarmerie Command, Kütahya province, and its people, saying, “We continue to live as a peaceful city. We will continue to make every effort to maintain this peace. Together, we will show great effort to ensure the peace and security of our province.”

The foundation-laying ceremony of the new service building of the Simav District Gendarmerie Command was attended by Kütahya Governor Musa Işın, AK Party Kütahya Members of Parliament Adil Biçer, İsmail Çağlar Bayırcı, and Mehmet Demir, Simav District Governor Bünyamin Karaloğlu, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Vedat Kültür, Provincial Special Administration Secretary General Mücahit Eracar, AK Party Simav District Chairman Orhan Akboğa, Provincial General Council Chairman Muammer Özcura, Simav Mayor Kübra Tekel Aktulun, Town Mayors, District Chairmen of Political Parties, and provincial and district protocol members.
