Yumurtalık Mayor Erdinç Altıok stated that they are expecting citizens to the charming district with its centuries-old historical heritage, hospitable people, and the most beautiful sea and beaches.
Adana’s gateway to the sea, the Yumurtalık district, which stands out with its historical and natural beauties, hosts different beauties in every season.
Inviting those who think there is no sea in Adana to the Yumurtalık district, Mayor Erdinç Altıok said, “A magnificent sea, hundreds of years of history, natural beauties, and most importantly, a hospitable people await you in Yumurtalık.”
Indicating that Yumurtalık, one of the rare centers where sea enjoyment is experienced year-round, is a region that attracts not only Turkey’s but also the world’s attention with its historical mission and ancient city characteristics, Mayor Altıok said, “There is sea in Adana. Moreover, it has the cleanest and best beach. We invite everyone to our beautiful district.”

Altıok noted that the hospitable people of Yumurtalık, also known worldwide as Aagea, Ayas, or Laiazzo, and all the local tradespeople are waiting for citizens, stating, “With its 55.22 kilometers of coastline and fine sandy beach, Adana’s gateway to the sea brings a unique experience in every season. Our district is one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. Yumurtalık is ready to welcome national and international tourists not only with its sea but also with its centuries-old historical heritage, nature, and of course, its hospitable tradespeople and people.”
