President Alıcık: “Happy 101st anniversary of our Republic of Turkey”

MHP Aydın Provincial President Haluk Alıcık expressed that the Republic of Turkey is embodied in the heroism and sacrifice on the battlefields, stating, “Happy 101st anniversary of our Republic of Turkey.”

Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) Aydın Provincial President Haluk Alıcık issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of October 29 Republic Day. Emphasizing that the Republic was established through sacrifice and heroism, President Alıcık stated in his message, “On October 29, 1923, the Turkish nation achieved one of the most important strategic gains of its glorious history, demonstrating with its strong will that it will never give a chance to malicious elements both inside and outside. The Republic of Turkey is embodied in the blood of martyrs, the heroism on battlefields, and sacrifices, and in this form, it rightfully deserves to live forever. The Turkish nation, which has overcome countless hardships in history and walked determinedly by thwarting traps, has shown the determination to reach further, much further with the Republic. In every phase of the National Struggle, the sole source of the spiritual strength and resilience possessed has been the commitment, loyalty, and unwavering belief in the existence of the Turkish nation. In the goals of the Turkish Century and Turkey, on the first anniversary of the new century of the Republic of Turkey, the national legacies that have flowed from the depths of our history to the present will never be harmed, nor will they be weakened. With these feelings and thoughts, I wholeheartedly congratulate the great Turkish nation, my fellow citizens, and my devoted comrades on the occasion of October 29 Republic Day, and I pray for mercy from Allah for our first President Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the brothers who were martyred at TUSAŞ facilities, and the heroes who have stepped forward in every period of history with their struggles and fallen as martyrs.”
